Shipping policy

Processing Time:

1-7 business days after order is placed.

For pre-order items: Processing time varies for pre-order. Pre-order items will not start processing until the product reach our storage.

Shipping Time:

Domestic USA: usually within 7 days

International: 2 - 4 weeks

If you haven't receive your order within 30 days for domestic USA, or 60 days for international, contact me at hiroshikaart@gmail.com with your order details.

International Customer:

Hiroshika Art Shop requires your full address in English and your phone number for shipping information.

Please beware that all customer are responsible for any additional customs fee, VAT, local taxes etc. Hiroshika Art Shop could not, and would not collect such fees on behalf of the customer.
